Blue jays are beautiful birds. During summer, it is a common sight. Lovely haiku and lovely image, dear Sara.

Valsa, this is the first time I have ever seen them come to my birdbaths to drink. The other morning there were four of them out there. I had poured hot water on the frozen water to thaw it so they could drink. I guess the fact that we went about 6 weeks without rain here this fall, and they need water to drink. Thanks for the visit.
